Elinor’s Bloomers are knit in the round from the top down. You can choose to knit them with a waistband with two holes and draw a string or i-cord through it, or with a waistband without any holes where you encase an elastic band. The leg openings are finished with a folded rib edge.
Sizes: 0-2 (2-4) 4-6 (6-9) 9-12 (12-18) 18-24 months

Suggested needles: 3 mm and 4 mm / 40 cm circular needles, 3 mm double pointed needles
Gauge: 21 stitches x 28 rows = 10 x 10 cm in stockinette stitch on 4 mm needles
Materials: Alpaca 1 (50 g = 400 m) and Alpaca 2 (50 g = 250 m) from Isager Garn held together, 50 g of each for all sizes.
Elastic band.
Optional: 2 small buttons (decorative).
